Linford Personal Workspace is operated by Jonathan Linford for personal use.

Data access and use

The integration accesses only Google services and data covered by the permissions granted by the account owner. These may include Gmail messages, calendar events, Drive files, Google documents and spreadsheets, and tasks. Data is used to carry out the account owner's requested productivity workflows.

Storage and processing

The Google Workspace CLI stores OAuth credentials locally. Authorized workflows may save downloaded files, generated documents, and other outputs on the operator's computer or in the owner's Google account. When an AI assistant is used, relevant content may be processed by that assistant's service provider under the account owner's configured settings and that provider's terms. This integration does not promise that all data remains on the local computer.

Sharing

Google account data is not sold or used for advertising by this integration. Content may be sent to recipients or services when the account owner explicitly requests a workflow that requires it. AI service processing is described above.

Retention and control

Local outputs and cloud files remain until removed by the account owner or the applicable service's retention rules. The account owner can revoke this integration's access in Google Account settings and remove local credentials and stored outputs. Revoking access does not automatically delete previously created files or service-provider records.
